Vivian Joy Physical Therapy

Healthcare from those who care

Physical therapy is meant to help you understand and support your body. We do that in a personalized way, with overall wellness in mind. This is a safe space for those who haven't felt heard and supported in other healthcare spaces

We are proud to be a queer, disabled, and woman-owned business

Our Services

Physical Therapy

We offer one-on-one, specialized care with a doctor of physical therapy to identify musculoskeletal issues, work with you to create a plan, and help you achieve your goals. Our clinicians are experienced, compassionate, and have extensive advanced training.

Pelvic Physical Therapy

It's not just kegels! Everyone has a pelvic floor, and it can need support like any other muscle in the body. When the pelvic floor isn't working optimally, pelvic physical therapy can help you function better.

We offer affirming care for all ages and all genders

Specialized Physical Therapy Services

Our clinicians have advanced training in the following specialized services:

  • Manual therapy

  • Dry needling

  • Craniosacral therapy

  • Integrated Systems Model

  • Pilates

  • Sex counseling

  • Birth doula

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that emphasizes core strength, mobility, and body awareness. We often use specialized equipment, such as a reformer. Pilates is inspired by calisthenics, yoga, and ballet. Benefits include improved posture, balance, strength, mobility, and can decrease pain

Birth Preparation

We provide valuable insight, having supported many people through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. We can teach you how to support your body through pregnancy, practice labor positions and pushing, teach you and a partner/support person pain-relief techniques, and prepare you for postpartum recovery

Are you looking for a professional speaker or educator? Our clinicians have presented to local communities and organizations, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals on the following topics:

  • Core and pelvic floor

  • Pregnancy/postpartum health

  • Bowel health

  • Sexual health

Reviews

Working with Paige Vivian has been nothing short of transformative. As a former athlete recovering from shoulder surgery and managing chronic lower back pain, I’ve worked with many physical therapists—but none have matched Paige’s combination of expertise, empathy, and precision. She has an incredible ability to pinpoint the root cause of pain, not just treat the symptoms, and she builds programs that actually help you perform at a high level again. Her encouragement, attention to detail, and genuine investment in her patients’ progress make every session productive and motivating. Paige doesn’t just help you heal—she helps you get back to doing what you love with confidence.

Paige is a gifted physical therapist who combines deep skill with a truly caring presence. Each session left me feeling lighter, more open, and more at ease in my body, which was critical to regaining my voice after losing it for months post-covid. Paige has a special way of helping the body unwind so you can access deeper healing on every level. I used to walk into sessions feeling wound up and leave feeling like I could finally breathe again, renewed in body and spirit. She’s intuitive, caring, and creates a space that feels both safe and transformative. She’s so easy to talk to, incredibly kind, and her touch is both gentle and powerful. Working with her was one of the highlights of my healing journey and medical leave. I can’t thank Paige enough!
— Harumi
I’ve been a loyal client of Paige Vivian for several years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Paige is exceptionally knowledgeable, deeply attentive, and genuinely committed to her patients’ recovery and long-term well-being. One of the things that sets Paige apart is her incredible neck and scalene massage technique—it’s remarkably effective at releasing tension, improving mobility, and easing discomfort. Every session leaves me feeling more relaxed, aligned, and supported in my healing journey. Thanks to Paige’s care, my persistent headaches have become a rare occurrence, and my shoulder mobility has improved significantly. Her expertise and personalized approach have made a real difference in my life. I’m so grateful to have found her!

Sarah Joy is the best physical therapist I’ve had by a long shot. She’s knowledgeable, adaptable, and kind. I’d highly recommend her to anyone in need of PT!
